Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Counselling are types of talking therapy that can help manage a variety of mental and physical health problems by altering and sharing, thoughts and behaviors: 

  • Mental health: A blend of CBT and Counselling is particularly powerful and is commonly used to treat depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and addictions. They can also be used to treat post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
  • Physical health: Help people cope with chronic pain, tinnitus, and rheumatism.
  • Other issues: Help people resolve relationship conflicts, learn better ways to communicate, cope with grief or loss, and overcome emotional trauma.
