Psychotherapy Costs

The costs for CBT and Counselling can vary widely, depending on the level of intensity you need from therapy, your challenges and how rapid progress is made during therapy.

Because each client has their own unique challenges which will require extensive planning and preparation by myself, I offer a free initial telephone consultation before anything is agreed and signed for.

I want you to feel you are happy and content working with me, and I believe this approach will kickstart trust and confidentiality, from the offset. 

As of 1st June 2025*, prices per 50 min sessions start from:

£45 per session for remote Zoom sessions (UK wide)

£55 per session face-to-face at my Therapy room (Northamptonshire).

*This is subject to change and dependent on the outcome of the initial consultation between therapist and client. These prices are a minimum.
